Each year we receive many more applications than we can support, but each application is considered carefully and prayerfully.<\/p>\n<p>Before starting the application process, please be sure to read&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/langham.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/introducing_langham_partnership.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Introducing Langham Partnership<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/langham.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Scholarship-Application-Criteria-and-Instructions.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Langham Scholarship Criteria Instructions<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/langham.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Langham-Partnership-Scholarship-Data-Privacy-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Langham&#8217;s Data Privacy Policy<\/a>. These documents will be required reading in order to proceed through the Enquiry process.<\/p>\n<p>As the first stage in the application process, submit the&nbsp;Initial Enquiry Form&nbsp;by clicking the &#8216;Apply for PhD Scholarship&#8217; button.&nbsp;Please note that this link will be available from April through September each year.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants must be Majority World Christian leaders in pursuit of a PhD in one of the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Old Testament<\/li>\n<li>New Testament<\/li>\n<li>Theology<\/li>\n<li>Ethics<\/li>\n<li>Church History<\/li>\n<li>Intercultural Studies (based on biblical teaching)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your initial enquiry is successful, you will be invited to proceed to our main application package to complete, as the next stage in the application process.<\/p>\n<p>Your application may be sent for confidential review by senior Christian leaders or Langham Graduates in your region. Final decisions are made by the Langham Partnership Scholars&#8217; Programme.
